Nosy Tsarabanjina is a small, secluded island 40 nautical miles northwest of Nosy Be. Gorgeous coral reefs surround the white sand beaches circling the little island. Lush tropical vegetation makes up the interior of the island. The island is fortunate to have plenty of sunshine all year long.
Visitors will never lack something to do while at Tsarabanjina. The lodge offers plenty to keep everyone busy from snorkeling to walking the beaches, fishing, and lounging in the sunshine and watching the sea. Divers will have a great time exploring the coral reefs of the Mitsio Islands, and the lodge even has a PADI diving center in house.
Guests can also book day visits to the neighboring islands, all of which have something unique to offer, such as caves, mountains, basalt columns, and small fishing villages.
The restaurant, which has some of the freshest, best seafood in the area, serves breakfast and lunch buffet style, while dinner is taken ? la carte. After a nice dinner, you can enjoy a cocktail in the bar, whose floor is covered in fine sand. The bar faces the lagoon and is a great place to meet up with friends or watch a sunset with your significant other.
After the day?s festivities are over and their meals have digested, guests retire to their thatched bungalows, which offer the privacy and seclusion that many guests desire. A holiday here is a holiday in paradise.
There are a total of 21 thatched bungalows spread out across the island on two beaches, the North and South. Each bungalow has a private terrace that looks out into the sea. The bungalows are each given a unique name based on the flora, fauna, and sea life around the island.
Every bungalow has fans, a bathroom and shower, as well as a private terrace decorated with deck chairs and a coffee table.
Meals served in the beautiful rosewood restaurant. Meals are served in the mezzanine area above the bar that overlooks the sea.
Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Lunch is available from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m., you can take your tea or coffee in the bar.
Dinner, served ? la carte is available from 8:00 p.m. You can also pay an additional fee and have a seafood platter served specially on the beach.
After dinner, many guests visit the bar, which has a floor made of fine sand. It is a great place to watch the sunset and meet the other guests.
