Meal Basis: All Meals on the Mountain
Valid Dates: 2014-01-01 to 2014-11-30

We now have a 97% success rate! We think that is pretty phenomenal. Also known as the “Coca Cola Route”, Marangu is the easiest, cheapest and by far the most popular route to the summit of Kilimanjaro. Although there is a high amount of hiker traffic, this is a fun and comfortable route.

Climb one of the most scenic and beautiful routes of Kilimanjaro, the Machame Route. This route is a good challenge, yet accessible for all types of climbers and hikers. Unlike the Marangu Route on this route you will sleep in tents which makes this trip a bit more adventurous and make you feel like an explorer.

Valid Dates: 2014-01-01 to 2014-11-30

This is a recommended route for the fitter climber, or for someone who might have previous climbing experience. Extra days can be added to our itinerary to explore the mountain further or maybe you just feel the need to relax along the route and spend an extra night in the Karanga Valley. Accommodation on the mountain is in tents.

Lemosho /Rongai /Shira Routes

No Image

8 Days from only R 27209

Valid Dates: 2014-01-01 to 2014-11-30

Around 80% of climbers choose the Marangu Route, which is commonly referred to as the "Tourist" or "Coca Cola" Route. The rest usually goes for the Umbwe, Rongai or Machame Route. The other two routes (Shira and Lemosho) are far less frequented and therefore allow for a more remote and natural experience.
