Hi Farzanah,
Before I start I would just like to thank you for the great service you provided. Everything went smoothly on the trip and we both had an amazing experience. From our depature in Cape Town to our stay over in Jhb (what an awesome hotel) to the stay in Zanzibar - everything was just amazing. The local tourist company used also provided great service and offered a great tour package for $300 (which includes 3 tours - we REALLY enjoyed these). The tour guides were very informative and friendly.
We had a wonderful time and we can really recommend Sea Cliff as an amazing holiday destination. The locals are so friendly and what makes it even greater is that the managment are mostly South Africans - and very friendly. The trouble with the language barrier is compensated by everyone's smiles and willingness to assist in what ever way possible.
I cannot comment on any of the other resorts availible, but we will definately recommend Sea Cliff, it was amazing.
The resort is brand new, everything is 5 star (including the food, rooms and resort overall). We had a lovely time. We were very sad to leave and still day dream of our time in Zanzibar.

1.Rooms – we were very happy with the rooms and the facilities therein as well as the cleanliness.
2.Staff – Gosh where do I begin? I cannot praise them enough, every one of them, from the Indian lady who is guest relations manager to the South African personnel (Liandra in particular) and ALL the waiters, cleaners etc were just absolutely amazing. In SA we are not used to such good service! Perhaps to an extent because the hotel was relatively quiet staff were relaxed and very willing and able to meet requests.
3.Food – Dinners were excellent. There was always a wonderful variety of all the courses. Breakfast I feel could be improved on , especially the quality of the baked goodies (scones, croissants etc)
4.Facilities at the hotel - excellent
4.Setting was gorgeous
5.The transfer company you use was also excellent.
6.Will we return to Zanzibar – definitely!
