Hi Melinda,
Happy new Year and all the best for 2012!
Holiday was brilliant all good news, absolutely no complaints, your service, input and assistance was brilliant, ground handling agent in Zanzibar was also very good, Mohammed was the representative from them and he was very good, booked a couple of tours of the island with him and he was most helpful and friendly.
Hotel Neptune Pwani was absolutely great and you should recommend to other people wanting to visit Zanzibar as no complaints at all.
All in all a very good and affordable holiday with nothing to complain about, congrats to African Encounters and after using you twice to book holidays would have no hesitation in using you again if we are going somewhere that you offer as a destination.
Thanks For Everything !!
