There are 400 rooms at the Pyramisa Isis Hotel Luxor, with 50 one and two bedrooms family suites available. All of the rooms overlook the Nile River, the resorts two swimming pools, or the extensive gardens on the property. There are eight different styles of room to choose from, all of which are pleasantly decorated and spacious. All of the rooms come equipped standard with: telephone; mini fridge; air conditioning; cable or satellite television; en-suite bathroom; and hair dryer.
The junior and Nile corner suites have one bedroom, living room and dining room area. The Ambassador suites include two bedrooms with private bathroom, living room, dining room, library, VCR, and wireless Internet. The Presidential suite is the same as the Ambassador suite except it includes a Jacuzzi.
There are seven eating establishments at the Pyramisa Isis, and the cuisine ranges from international dishes to local cuisine served via buffet or ala carte. The Lotus restaurant is the resort’s main dining area and serves daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets featuring a mix of international and local cuisines. La Terrazza is the resort’s Italian restaurant and pizzeria and has a large lunch and dinner menu. The Pink Panda serves Chinese and Asian lunch and dinner, and it is the only restaurant of its kind in Upper Egypt. Badea is a traditional Egyptian tent establishment that serves drinks, cocktails and beverages in a very unique Egyptian atmosphere with great views of the Nile River. Abu Nawas is the resort’s lobby bar that features live entertainment and the Lounge Bar, in the main building, serves cocktails, snacks, and international drinks. Finally, coffee lovers will seek out Yashmak, the swimming pool coffee bar that also serves light meals, snacks, and fresh juice drinks as well as coffee.
While staying in Luxor there is plenty to do and see within a short distance of the hotel. The area is rich in historical sites and culture and visitors to the area definitely do not want to miss places such as the Luxor Museum, the Mummification Museum, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings or the Valley of the Queens.
