Since our humble beginnings in a small cottage in Parkhurst in 2001, we’ve grown immensely – both in size and in success. While many other tour operators boast to be the biggest – we can actually prove that we are the largest supplier of tourism to East Africa from South Africa. Our hands-on and personal approach to the travel business has meant that we manage to strike the type of deals most operators just dream about. We love a challenge and we love succeeding – so if you see yourself fitting this profile – we’re sure we’ll love you (professional love of course).
We focus on Africa and on successful selling through personal service. We do our utmost best to provide the highest quality service in the shortest turn-over time – keeping our clients satisfied and regularly coming back for more. While our first point of contact with the public is our consultants, we also have a great ‘behind the scenes’ staff compliment, and everyone’s input is valued. Teambuilding and training exercises as well as regular social interaction form part of our work plan, and we try to create good inter-colleague relationships.
