Dining

In addition to beautifully appointed rooms and activities, the Intercontinental Pyramids Park Hotel – CityStars Cairo offers their guests a wide variety of choices when it comes to dining. With three restaurants, two cafes, two lounges, and a pool side dining establishment, there are plenty of choices when it comes to food that will please even the smallest guest. The Maestro, located in the hotel’s lobby, serves Italian dishes that are made from the finest ingredients and wine. Located on the second floor of the hotel, the Shogun restaurant offers guests the choice of lunch or dinner. The menu is of Japanese cuisine and the chefs cook live at the guests tables. Also located on the second floor is the Lebanese restaurant Fayruz which serves lunch and dinner. The chef specializes in meat dishes, salads, vegetables, and breads in addition to providing nightly live entertainment that include belly dancers and local Arabic talent. Guests looking for a quick meal any time of day or night will enjoy the a la carte menu at the Esplande Café. Located on the lobby level of the hotel, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner that also includes an international buffet. The Mondial Café is a casual establishment located at the Residence Suites level that serves a large breakfast buffet, lunch, dinners, and an a la carte menu that includes light snacks, tea, coffee and a variety of cakes and pastries. The Lounge is one of Cairo’s most popular nightspots and features a world class sound system and live DJ. They serve Asian and Mediterranean cuisine as well as a wide range of drinks and cocktails. In contrast to The Lounge is the Bellini Cocktail Lounge. Located on the lobby level overlooking the swimming pool, guests can enjoy light meals, fresh juices, tea, coffee, and pastries all day long. Finally there is the Arcade, the newest establishment at the CityStars Cairo. This establishment is located poolside and offers a la carte lunch and dinner menus.
