Dining

There is no end to the selection of dining establishments at the Cairo Semiramis and there are plenty of options to choose from. Whether you want international cuisine or traditional Egyptian fare, you will not have to leave the resort to find it. Starting with the Night & Day, this establishment offers guests all three meals in a buffet style. There are chefs waiting for guests orders so that they can be prepared fresh and there is also an Asian station for those who are in the mood for Oriental cuisine. The Tea Garden is located adjacent to the Night & Day and offers guests a wide variety of beverages and tea as well as an entertainment area. The Grill is located on the hotel’s third floor and guests should make reservations for dinner as it is one of the most popular establishments in Cairo. The view of the Nile River from The Grill is breathtaking and guests can enjoy a distinctly French meal while there. The Birdcage, another one of Cairo’s favored restaurants, is open for lunch and dinner and is on the second floor of the hotel. It features traditional Thai cuisine and is served with true Thai etiquette. Also on the second floor and serving lunch and dinner is the Italian Pane Vino. This restaurant even has its own glass-enclosed wine cellar. Finally, guests looking for an exotic taste will enjoy Sabaya. Located on the second floor and serving lunch and dinner, this traditional Lebanese establishment will leave guests satisfied after a traditional meal right down to the serving of after-dinner tea in the lounge. Guests who are looking for lighter fare will enjoy the Café Corniche located on the lobby level of the hotel. On the third floor is the Haroun Al Rashid night Club. Guests can enjoy their dinner here while watching belly dancers and an Oriental floorshow. In the city of Cairo there is plenty to do and see. The Pyramids of Giza as well as the Sphinx is a short drive from the Cairo Semiramis.
