- The expansive Makuti roof is made from locally sourced, sustainable materials
- Excavated rock and stone has been reclaimed for use in the foundations and walls of the hotel
- The hotel’s design supports reduced energy consumption through natural ventilation for cooling
- Solar panels are being utilised to generate hot water throughout the resort
- The resort has its own Sewerage Treatment Plant allowing our landscaped grounds to be irrigated, using reclaimed water
- Our infinity and plunge pools are salt chlorinated, (not from seawater) which is far more economically friendly than using traditional Chlorine products

Our suites offer a luxurious-styled space crafted from local materials, adorned with native artwork and housed under a traditional pitched Makuti roof.
If you need extra space to spread out, try one of our nine expansive villas ranging from 185m2 to 343m2 , each extend over two floors and offer two to four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Suites
Garden Suites (18 rooms) – These beautiful suites offer a separate sleeping area with either a king bed or twin beds, a luxurious lounge and a bathroom with shower and bath. Situated at the back of the resort with luscious garden views the 1 bedroom suites offer upwards of 55m² of floor space and are located on the ground floor with a terrace or an upper floor with a patio, each offering a further 10m² of outside space.
Partial Ocean View Suites (12 rooms) – Similar in configuration to the garden suites but found in the middle of the resort facing the ocean. These suites provide partial views of the turquoise blue sea.
Ocean View Suites (5 rooms) – Slightly larger than our other suites, all located on the ground floor with 58m² of floor space and a 22m² patio. Each provides a magnificent ocean view.
Seafront Suites (5 rooms) – Similar in configuration to the ocean view suites but positioned right at the front of the resort and offer unrestricted spectacular views of the mesmerising Indian Ocean. All 5 rooms are furnished with king beds only.
The Villas
Garden and Ocean View 2.1 Bedroom Villa (2 villas) – The Garden Villa is situated towards the back of the resort with a view of our gardens. Our Ocean View Villa is situated in the middle of our resort with a view of the ocean. These villas have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the second with twin beds. The third room is much smaller in size (too small for us to call it a typical bedroom) but has room for a single bed if required. Both villas offer 185m² of floor space, a ground floor patio of 90m² and an upper terrace which is 34m².
Garden and Ocean View 3 Bedroom Villa (3 Villas) – Two of these villas are situated at the back of the resort and offer views of our gardens. Our Ocean View Villa is situated in the middle of our resort and offers ocean views. Each have 2 king bedded rooms and 1 twin and offer 193m² of floor space. Each boasts a 73m² ground floor patio and a 36m² upper terrace.
Seafront 3 Bedroom Villa (1 Villa) – This is ‘THE’ villa, offering a perfect location with unrestricted breathtaking views of the magnificent Indian Ocean. This villa is larger than our other 3 bedroom villas with 291m² of floor space and a 93m² patio and a 165m² upper terrace. Two rooms offer a king bed and the third offers a twin.
Garden, Ocean View and Seafront 4 Bedroom Villa (3 Villas) – Our garden 4 bedroom can be found at the back of the resort with views of our luscious gardens. Our Ocean view is located in the middle of the resort with an amazing ocean view and our seafront villa enjoys the sound of the lapping Indian Ocean with unrestricted views of the beautiful sea. Each with 3 king bedded rooms and 1 twin, 343m² of floor space and 84m² patio and 91m² of upper terrace.
Each villa has a private plunge pool, massage room, kitchen facilities, and all bedrooms are en-suite apart from the third room in the 2 bedroom villas.
All 40 rooms and 9 villas have a personalised mini-bar.
