company is by the comments from customers, and just as
importantly, comments from suppliers. Below are just a

Africa can be a fun place to travel in. We've certainly had our fair share of experiences due to travel agency
inefficiencies. Your customer focus and efficiency stands out. We were impressed by your professional responses, SMS's we received prior to departure and on arrival. Your company obviously also aligns yourself with other proficient companies such as
Fundu Lagoon. They were also all outstanding. All in all - We had a fabulous time, thanks to your efficiency. Well done - Keep up the good work - We will contact you again for future arrangements, because you know how.

Zanzibar Holiday
We have just returned
from a wonderful holiday in Zanzibar, the only down
side to the holiday was that we did not book our
holiday through african encounters. We made use of a
local agent that has served as well for many years,
but unfortunately she did not have the right
info on Zanzibar, and this resulted in us staying at
a differrent hotel from the one we chose, as they
recomended another as it was supposedly better, but
this was clearly not the case. Regardless of this we
had a wonderful holiday and we are wanting to return
to Zanzibar in January of 2006.
We found your website
after our return and find it very accurate and informative.
You are clearly highly qualified to inform and book
the best holiday package possible to Zanzibar and
hope to do business with you soon.
We spoke to 8 South
African couples at he airport, none of
whom were satisfied with their travel agents
knowledge and info on their resorts, the couple
who made use of your services were however 100%
satisfied. That says it all, WELL DONE,
and sorry for the rest of us for not choosing
AFRICANENCOUNTERS !!!!

Sorry for the delay in
replying.
A big thank you for all
the work done for our holiday. Everything went very
smoothly and it was a great holiday.
The accommodation in
Zanzibar was wonderful - Emerson and Green was
a fantastic, atmospheric hotel and was a real treat.
I would recommend this place to anyone - in spite of
the 5AM call to prayer. The trips to kizimkaze and
the forest were good and organised well.Manta Reef was also
excellent and has a wonderful location. For 3 nights
we were the only people in the lodge. The diving was
excellent and the sea life was the equal if not
better of the sites in the Caribbean and Australian
Barrier Reef I have been to.
The dive support and
the hotel service was also of a high standard for
the island.
Overall it all went
very smoothly and exceeded expectations. A great
holiday and when we next need a trip to Africa I
shall get back in touch.
