All 70 en-suite rooms and suites are spacious, fully air-conditioned and tastefully furnished in a relaxed Zanzibar style.
All offer terrace or balcony, refrigerator and safety deposit boxes. Standard rooms are located on the ground floor with terrace and garden views, deluxe rooms are located closer to the beach. Suites are located on the upper floor with large balcony and sun beds, walk
in dressing room, and large bathrooms.
1. Room Categories
There are three room categories:
Suites – 20 rooms (first floor)
Deluxe – 40 rooms (ground floor)
Standard – 10 rooms (ground floor)
Please note that they do not guarantee sea-view or sea-front rooms.
2. Amenities and Features
All rooms are identical in terms of décor and size except the Suites have a walk in dressing room and larger bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have a refrigerator and personal electronic safe box and hairdryer in bathroom. All rooms have a full third
bed functioning as a sofa.
There are no telephones or TVs in the rooms. Deluxe rooms and Suites are in close proximity to the sea. Please note that we do not guarantee sea view or seafront rooms.
3. Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view.
4. Deluxe Rooms
Located on ground floor of bungalows with terrace.
5. Suites
Located on upper floor of bungalows with large balcony and sun beds.
1. Safari Bar
Open daily and very popular in the evenings before dinner offering a relaxed atmosphere with candlelight and jazz music.
2. The Dhow Bar
Featuring an innovative Bar centered around a traditional Swahili Dhow this bar is open daily with casual atmosphere.
3. The Breakers Grill
Beach front restaurant under the palm trees on the seafront. Live open Grill and Tandoori Oven
4. The Tides
Private beach front dining for two in an intimate setting offering personalized service and a special menu for two.
5. Salama Dining Room
Full buffet breakfast every morning Halfboard restaurant serving four course table service dinner with two starters, a choice of main course and dessert. Four ‘theme buffet dinners’ are organized per week: Swahili Night, BBQ Night, Spices Evening & Indian Ocean Night with varying décor and entertainment.
6. The Chai Lounge
Coffee, tea and cakes served every day in the Tea and Coffee Lounge at a charge.
7. The Baraza Bar
A Fine Whiskey & Cigar Bar accompanied with Shishas and Liquers in a dramatic setting.
8. Sundowners
Glass of wine & canapés served in the room in the evenings is available at a charge and canbe ordered at reception.
9. The Sultans Table
Excellent restaurant, serving a variety of delicacies from the Indian Ocean served in an exotic fusion of Indian, Swahili and Asian spices. The exotic restaurant is set on stilts with a beautiful view of the sea. It features its own private bar decorated in Omani style for guests dining in at The Sultans Table.
Location: Breezes Beach Club is situated near the small village of Bwejuu on the East Coast of Zanzibar. It is 60km from the airport, approximately a 90-minute drive.

Honeymooners will also enjoy the romantic charm of Breezes with special surprises during your stay. All honeymoon guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine and flowers upon arrival in all room categories.
For newlyweds staying in the suites, an "under the stars" evening can also be arranged. The staff put out a fully made bed on the balcony and provide sundowners in your room.
A barbeque lunch is also included if you stay for seven nights or more.
