Amarina Hotel is located off the northwest coast of Madagascar are a number of beautiful islands. The largest of these islands is Nosy Be, the center of tourism in Madagascar. Visitors are sure to find something to love, whether it is relaxing on the beaches, snorkeling among the coral reefs, or visiting the lemur reserve.
Situated on the northwest coast of Nosy Be is the Amarina Hotel, a small, 4-star resort that faces the lagoon of Ambohidahy. The resort was designed to preserve the natural beauty of the island, and guests are sure to enjoy the lush island atmosphere along with the fine dining and stylish furnishings.
The Amarina, which has its own dive and water sports center, is only steps from the beach. You can snorkel, dive, grab a kayak, and then try kite sailing. If fishing is more your style, you can even take a trip out in the fully staffed fishing boat and try your luck. You might be able to land a tuna, swordfish, or Marlin.
After dinner, you might want to head to the Toaka Mamy, a bar located close to the swimming pool and with a great view of the Ambohidahy Lagoon. Afterwards, you could take a moonlit stroll along the beach and listen as the waves lap gently at the shore.
One of the most appealing aspects of the Amarina is the feeling of privacy it affords its guests. Among the tropical gardens and spectacular beach, one is sure to find a secluded retreat in which they can relax and seemingly have the entire world to themselves.
The rooms The Amarina is one of the smaller hotels on the island of Nosy Be. Each of the main "houses" contains several rooms. In total, the hotel boasts 58 rooms, most of which face the sea. They all have a veranda, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and a bath, separate toilet, double or single beds, mini-bar, hairdryer, telephone, safe and a DVD/CD player.
For families, there is one superior room, which is perfect for when you take the entire brood along on vacation. There are 42 superior and paraplegic rooms, which are handicapped accessible. 13 junior suites are located on the bottom floor, while 2 senior suites, complete with lounge and kitchenette, are on both floors.
The Amarina Hotel offers some of the finest dining on the entire island, and perhaps in all of Madagascar. At the Canelle and Paprika restaurant, you can sample both local and international gourmet dishes as you watch the sunset and reflect on the activities of the day.
Dining The cuisine offered at the hotel's restaurant varies from local Malagasy dishes to international fare, and everyone is sure to find something that pleases them. You can choose an a la carte experience, or opt from the set menus for dinner. You also have the option of asking for a special celebration dinner. Fast Facts Location: The Amarina Hotel is located on the northwest side of Nosy Be.

Hi Farzanah,
Thank you for the email!
The service received from African Encounters , the hotels and the transfers were great. I expected the hotel in Tana to be mediocre, but it was really beautiful, and Amarina Hotel was wonderful
The only disappointment was Air Madagascar, in total we lost 22 hours in plane delays, which was an absolute time waster sitting at the airport.
Thank you very much and please remember to send me any specials in the future.
