My experience there was very positive. Staff were extremely helpful and informative. The excursions were arranged professionally and the holiday was really great. 
 
I found some of the tour fees to be very expensive (some of the hotel guests managed to get exactly the same tour and services but did not go through the hotel for almost half the price. I understand this was conducted by unofficial companies and tour guides which explains the price decrease, but in any event still found some of the services expensive). 
 
The transit time in Nairobi was over 8 hours which was not great, but I also know this was subject to availability. 
 
Other than these two points, my experience was extremely positive, and I will definitely consider African Encounters again for future holiday plans. Thank you for all your assistance.
