We had a really wonderful time in Zanzibar. Everything went according to plan and the weather was fantastic. We were extremely impressed with the services received from African Encounters. There were no problems with any of the bookings and the help and advice we received was great. Many thanks. Similarily, the transfers by your ground handler in Zanzibar were efficient and always on time. The drivers and guides were extremely pleasant and helpful. We also did a walking tour of Stone Town arranged through the ground handler and found it to be informative and most enjoyable. The Dhow Palace Hotel in Stone Town was also neat and clean and the staff helpful and friendly at all times. 
 
Our stay at Michamvi was so relaxing. We were impressed once again with the accommodation (I believe they are going to be doing a revamp), food and service received from all the staff - from the bar attendants, waiters, room service to Brad, the manager. It was very good value for money, and I would not hesitate recommending it to friends and family. 
 
If we do any further travelling in Africa, we will certainly use your services again as the pricing is competative and the service efficient, easy and helpful.
