Where can I start , Farzanah you were absolutely brilliant and helpful with all the arrangements. Transfer to and from the airport was on time ( for Africa it is a shock to the system) – Just a word of advise for future transfers – there were three different vehicles for the guest that booked with you , honestly they could have used only one but that is not an issue  
 
We did appreciate the arrangement you made with 1time to block of 3 seats for the wedding dress it helped and saved a lot of frustration  
 
Mapenzi beach club – All staff were friendly with no issues at all and they did upgrade us to a sea view room from the second night  
 
All the guest that booked with you were very happy with all service received  
 
The wedding went very well except for the guests that arrived on Saturday as 1time had engine problems so they arrived 2 hours late but that is not an issue everybody arrived and all went well  
 
I will definitly recommend African Encounters to everybody I do know , and I will definitly contact you when we are planning a trip to all your relevant destinations
