We had a wonderful stay at Mapenzi.  
 
Firstly the people who transferred us from the airport and back were great. They were punctual, friendly and informed us of any information that we needed to know. Safe driving, and the cars were comfortable and clean. 
 
The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face and nothing was too much for them. They certainly had the right attitude, and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. 
 
I would comfortably recommend this holiday at Mapenzi to any family.
