About African Encounters the service was excellent the same could be said about the Ground Handler the service was professional and the transport was good. 
 
Hotels we had no complains except at the Grand Sea Resort we were booked for full board but we only received half board(breakfast and dinner).The food where ever we stayed was good no complains. 
The cruise on the Nile we really enjoyed and got a surprise. We thought it was only the cruise and all the sight-seeing was for our own expense, we went to 5 places that was included.(Aswan high dam,Philae temple,Edfu temple, Com Ombo temple and the valley of the kings.) 
All together we really enjoyed our trip but at the end when we came back we know that South Africa is still the best. 
 
We as a family would like to thank, you and Africa Encounters for a wonderful family holiday at a price that we could afford.
