Thank you for your mail. We had a really good time in Zanzibar. We thought the hotel was really good, comfortable and well run. The staff were most helpful and pleasant and although you had warned me that you had had feedback that there English was not so good....we did not find this to be a problem at all. 
Zanzibar itself we found to be quite depressing....as soon as you were outside the confines of the hotel....real poverty and squalor. The taxi drivers and tour guides who were with you when away from the hotel, however were great and you did not feel unsafe at all. 
It was a great trip so thank you for your suggestion of Azanzi. The dive centre was really good and well run and that it a real plus for the place. 
Your service throughout was great.
