Feedback: 
 
1.Rooms – we were very happy with the rooms and the facilities therein as well as the cleanliness. 
 
2.Staff – Gosh where do I begin? I cannot praise them enough, every one of them, from the Indian lady who is guest relations manager to the South African personnel (Liandra in particular) and ALL the waiters, cleaners etc were just absolutely amazing. In SA we are not used to such good service! Perhaps to an extent because the hotel was relatively quiet staff were relaxed and very willing and able to meet requests. 
 
3.Food – Dinners were excellent. There was always a wonderful variety of all the courses. Breakfast I feel could be improved on , especially the quality of the baked goodies (scones, croissants etc)  
 
4.Facilities at the hotel - excellent 
 
4.Setting was gorgeous 
 
5.The transfer company you use was also excellent. 
 
6.Will we return to Zanzibar – definitely! 
 
7.Service from African Encounters – excellent service received from you in particular, will most certainly book through you again.
