Views as follows: 
 
African Encounters : 
- Response to enquiries and correspondence was immediate and informative. 
- Packages offered were great! Loved the fact that flights were pre booked and were included in the package. 
- I had done a lot of browsing beforehand on travelling to Zanzibar with other companies but believe African encounters offered the best. 
- Payment was made easy and delivery of tickets and bags was efficient. 
- Once arriving in Zanzibar transfer was ready and waiting with a banner – Our guide gave us cold bottled water and explained procedures, which was fantastic 
- Leaving the hotel, the transfer was ready and waiting 1/2hr before hand and was extremely efficient. 
- Enjoyed dealing with Lucrezia and will definitely contact her again if I decide on another trip in and around Africa. 
 
Arabian Nights, Zanzibar: 
- Excellent service 
- Great value for money  
- Clean beautiful rooms with aircon and hot water 
- Staff extremely friendly and helpful  
- Great swimming pool 
- Sea view room was stunning, definitely worth the extra cost. 
- Location was fantastic and the dates travelled were perfect as it wasn’t very busy and you felt like you were on your own private island at times 
- Incredible swimming beach  
- Great food at the restaurant and breakfasts included were great and substantial 
- Our guide/transfer guy arrived on our first day to explain the tours offered – He was brilliant at explaining everything, giving us a short history of Zanzibar and offering us great deals for the trips 
- The organized trips were incredible, great value for money and extremely well organized. Not once did we feel ripped off or that we were in a tourist trap. I must recommend the ‘Blue Safari’ tour which was exceptional!!! Amazing snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, great seafood and exceptional service!!!!!
