 The
hotel is located about 20 minutes outside of Arusha.
Initially when we lived in Arusha, we loved the place.
It has a great setting and when it was new it looked
great. Unfortunately now it has gone to ruin a bit. The
gardens are very unkept and the lodge is just looking a
little shoddy. The location is great, with lovely views
and some good village walking in the area.
Unfortunately we are not
as keen on the hotel now as we used to be. Hopefully on
our next visit, they will get the place back up to its
old standards.

Moivaro has a total of 25 double, triple or single cottages
well positioned in the fantastic gardens. Each cottage is individually
placed around the coffee plantation which ensures they are private and cozy. They all have a large verandah where you can sit and just enjoy
the beauty of Africa.. it's very tranquil. The interiors are fairly basic but very neat and very comfortable. You
will not want anything more if you are planning on spending only a night
here.
